Shipping Information

Please be advised that all items will be shipped to Bujumbura, and the applicable taxes will be covered. The items will be available for collection at the designated pickup point in Bujumbura. You will receive notifications once the items have departed from South Africa and upon their arrival at Bujumbura Airport. When collecting the items, you will be required to present valid identification. Additionally, you will need to settle the applicable taxes and handling fees at the pickup location in Bujumbura.

The handling fee is set at 10,000 BIF per item. Kindly note that Katima Market is not responsible for obtaining any permits or fulfilling requirements mandated by your local authorities. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Please be advised that any items not collected from the pickup point within 60 days will be sold to offset handling fees, taxes, and administrative costs.

Your items will be included in a shared shipment. Please note that the more items you purchase, the sooner the shipment will be dispatched. We will keep you informed regarding the progress of the shipment preparation.
